El Futuro del Pasado: Revista electrónica de Historia aims to be an open space for dialogue and debate amongst researchers from different areas of knowledge who intend to study the past in its various aspects. It is a tool for research, reporting and criticism, external to any type of ideological or partisan patronage.
El Futuro del Pasado seeks to help overcome the walls that separate historians, breaking down barriers between different related areas of knowledge and establishing collaborative ties in a world where competition is increasingly important.
For those who can master them, new technologies can help overcome economic barriers and spread culture freely all over the national and international territory. Proof of this is that the academic generation and communication of scientific knowledge through the Web is increasingly important.
