Portlet based architecture for a lms: CLAYNET 2.0

Abstract

Any system of e-learning requires the use of the technologies, that is to say, e-learning’s platforms that are used as support both teachers and students and make more effective the communication process between the different roles that participate in this kind of learning. Besides, these new technologies provide new tools that enhance collaborative work. ClayNet is a platform that contributes the desirable functionalities for the elearning process, is integrated in a portal and formed by assembled components with independent structure called portlets.
