Study of a case on the use of the ICT for the social inclusion
Abstract This article focuses on the Associació per a Joves TEB case study, a community educational centre located in Raval, where Ómnia Project is developed. In this project, information and communication technologies adopt a key role in the recreational and educational experience of participants, as well as on the promotion of their active social integration in society. On the base of this highlight, we try to show which the elements and their interactions are, as well as the conditions, for ICT introduction in educational processes addressed to young people living in deprived environments, or who are at risk of social exclusion.
