Exciting Female Monsters from History and Cinema
Abstract Using the key concept of fear as a historical category, this paper investigates the ancient myth of Gorgon in seven contemporary movies and in a few teen movies.At the center of my critical analysis there is the interdependence between the negative emotions, the uses of this archetypal image, and the research about history gender imaginary.
