Teaching Movement from the Dance in Costa Rica
Abstract
This text intends to show evidence of institutional experiences in Costa Rica. Particularly those that have facilitated the educational process of movement and body expressions. Specifically, it explores UNA’s School of Dance 50-year trajectory as a democratizing agent and the strong presence of contemporary dance in the Costa Rican artistical scene.
