Las "deductiones" de colonias y la Lex Ursonensis
Abstract RESUMEN: El contenido de diversos capítulos de la Lex Ursonensis permite abordar dos cuestiones esenciales de la fundación de la colonia como son la situación jurídica del suelo y la identificación de los colonos que participan en la deductio.ABSTRACT: The contents of some of the chapters of the Lex Ursonensis allow us to tackle two essential issues pertaining to the founding of the colony, namely: The legal situation of land, and the identification of the colonists who share in the deductio.
