Abstract

To talk about society, education and computing it makes us dream about the future and discuss about the appropriate technologies and their costs, the politics to develop an industry and institution or a country. But to talk about computing, it is to talk of the necessity of qualified human resources of, the changes in the way of working and of the new works of the possibilities of individual development and also of the learning through the computer. To talk about computing it is to talk about education. Computing provides us the necessary tools to use and master the problems related with the information of the contemporary world. Although it is difficulty to establish the limits of computing, the point of contact of every informational task is restricted to the use of the computer as a tool, which permits to carry out the data processing in an automated way.
