Innovations in primary teacher training on Mathematics and its Didactics in the first third of the twentieth century: contributions of the Spanish «Normalista» movement (1923-1936)
Abstract The contributions to Mathematics education in primary teacher training of Teachers of Mathematics of the so-called Spanish «normalista» movement are presented in this paper. Contributions which will result in the introduction of the subject «Methodology of Mathematics» in the 1931 Programme of Studies, known as the «Professional Programme».
