Abstract

Brief review of the labour aspects included in Organic Law 10/2022, of 6 September, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom, in force since 7 October 2022, which contemplates, for female workers who are victims of sexual violence, regardless of the type of contract and whether in the private or public sector, measures for the flexible organisation of time and place of work, tax benefits for interim contracts, prevention and awareness-raising measures, support measures for self-employed workers and formal amendments to the basic labour regulations to explicitly include "sexual violence" in their provisions.
