Abstract

This article studies the importance of the diplomatic refuge concerning to foreign affairs between Argentinean and Spanish Republics during Spanish Civil War. As Valencia's Governement tried to prevent a breaking-off with Argentina and furthermore to others Latinoamericans nations, the Spanish authorities accepted the presence and later evacuation of politics refugees in the madrilenian legation and others pavilions.
