Abstract

The article will approach made in the second specialty in “Counseling and Council to the Boy, Adolescent and Familiar Psycotherapy” of the National University of San Agustín (UNSA) of Arequipa in the Peru, financed by the Complutensian University of Madrid (UCM) like Project of Aid to the Development and by the AECI (Spanish Agency of Cooperation the International) like Projects B/2403/05 and B/5933/06 for the mobility of the teaching staff and the joint investigation between the UCM and the UNSA Teaching is actual and virtual at a distance by means of the registered use of Virtual Campus UCM and students they are graduated in Psychology, Psychiatry, Medicine, Education, Social and Right Work.
