Excel como una herramienta asequible en la enseñanza de la Estadística

Abstract

The use of the spreadsheet in statistic learning has turned out an available tool since most of the computational packages have some version of it. In the current article we analyze the benefits of using Excel in the process of statistics learning, besides doing comparisons with specialized software that’s unavailable for university students. Additional advantages in statistic procedures are the common syntax in agreement to their name, immediate application functions and graphical capacity, among others.
