Abstract

The identification of different worlds, which communicative praxis is trapped and mutilated, in its majority, by the interests of the great economic monopolies, like of the neoliberal actions implanted in the financial markets, impede making conscious about the possibilities of action facing this situations. The risks produced by new technological advances are inevitable, because the anxiety of discover, exceed life expectancy (not in an organic sense, because nowadays there are being made studies to prolong it, but as far as the self, feeling, person, identity, I …); that is why it is insisted on implementing projects that are reinventive and human, without differentiate and treat subjects as things.
