Abstract

The article raises the necessity to redefine the concept of childhood in situation of social risk, since the outposts of the well-being are being scene of new social phenomena that cause as well the appearance of new infanto-youthful groups in risk. It is known the child abuse and neglect like a clear cause of the social risk but, exist other situations, outside the family, that cause the appearance of infantile populations in situation of social risk, can be spoken of childhood in situation of social risk when they do not exist abuse or negligence in the family? Really, the developed societies are the scene of new groups of social risk? These are the questions that it tries to respond article the present.
