Obviously, these changes have the appearance of "new discourse" that deal with the concept of adult education as synonymous with other concepts and a more pragmatic purpose of solving the problems of the present world. Learning means to efficiently respond to the rapid and changing market needs. Education becomes lifelong learning and the workplace acts as a learning organization.
