Actualidad y desafíos del aprendizaje-servicio virtual en contextos de educación superior: Una revisión sistemática de la literatura
Resumen Frente a la necesidad de promover acciones para el desarrollo de competencias para la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria, el Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) ha mostrado ser una herramienta pedagógica con un gran potencial. Sin embargo, la literatura muestra que su implementación en contextos de educación superior a distancia está todavía en desarrollo. El trabajo realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura, siguiendo las pautas PRISMA 2020, para conocer la evidencia científica existente con relación a los marcos conceptuales y metodológicos que fundamentan las propuestas de APSv en contextos de educación superior. La búsqueda se llevó a cabo en las bases de datos Web of Science (WoS), Education Database, Scopus-Elsevier (SCOPUS), Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), Scielo, Google Scholar y Dialnet, limitando los resultados a artículos de los últimos 10 años. Se identificó un total de 24 estudios que cumplían con todos los criterios de elegibilidad. Los resultados bibliométricos muestran un aumento de las investigaciones sobre APSv; la mayor parte de las investigaciones son estudios de caso. Con relación al enfoque de género, el 75% de los estudios analizados han sido realizados por mujeres. La síntesis temática de los estudios no muestra un marco conceptual o metodológico consistente en la aplicación del APSv. No obstante, se identifican consideraciones instruccionales comunes en torno a cinco categorías: integración de la tecnología, acompañamiento pedagógico, relación con los socios comunitarios, reflexión y evaluación. Por consiguiente, los resultados de la revisión podrían proporcionar una mejor comprensión de los factores asociados a la práctica exitosa del aprendizaje-servicio virtual.
