Validación de profesionales expertos de un instrumento sobre comunidades virtuales de atención temprana
Resumen Las interacciones y el aprendizaje online influyen en el desempeño laboral, proliferando comunidades virtuales de práctica que respaldan el desarrollo profesional. Este estudio persigue evaluar, mediante el método Delphi, un instrumento que mide la percepción de especialistas en atención temprana sobre la incidencia de comunidades virtuales en su desarrollo profesional. Se diseñó un cuestionario basado en la literatura y se contactó con 13 expertos, aplicando el Coeficiente de competencia experta (K). Un panel Delphi de alta experticia (K =.86) evaluó en dos rondas la relevancia y la exactitud de los ítems con una escala Likert de 1 a 5 y su pertinencia con respuestas dicotómicas. La evidencia de validez de contenido se evaluó mediante la V de Aiken y sus intervalos de confianza, estableciendo V ≥.81 e IC ≥.50 como criterios para mantener los ítems. Como resultado, en la primera ronda, se evaluaron 60 ítems, seleccionando 49; en la segunda, estos alcanzaron V ≥.81, resultando en un cuestionario final de 49 ítems. Se concluye que los resultados del cuestionario muestran suficientes evidencias de validez de contenido en términos de relevancia, exactitud y pertinencia, confirmando la utilidad del Coeficiente K y el método Delphi para el objetivo propuesto.
