Rediscovery of a fossil found by J. Royo Gómez Corrales (Zamora, Spain) in 1922
Abstract A description is made of certain fossils kept in the Natural Science Museum of Madrid (Spain) since 1922; these fossils are hitherto undeceived. The were originally found by J. Royo Gómez in subterranean cellars at Corrales del Vino (province of Zamora, Spain) and correspond to fish, crocodiles. (IBEROSUCHUS, DIPLOCYNODON) and chelonians (NEOCHELYS, ALLAEOCHELYS) from the lower-middle Eocene.
