Granitos de dos micas y moscovíticos en la región de Barco de Ávila-Plasencia y áreas adyacentes (Ávila-Cáceres)

Abstract

Two-micas and muscovite-bearing granites of the Barco de Avila-Plasencia area are studied, with the conclusion that they belong to the same pétrographie "suite". Pétrographie, chemical and field data favour this opinion. Comparison of these granites with neighbouring biotite granites allows to establish two series, respectively alcaline and cal-alcaline for granitic rocks considered as "younger" in this area.
