Notes to the Dialogue Sobre la filosofía española (1904)
Abstract ABSTRACT: Sobre la filosofía española (1904) represents the main unamunian contribution to the polemics of Spanish Science and Philosophy. In this text the reader can find many fundamental ideas that Unamuno develops later especially in Del sentimiento trágico de la vida. Examining these intertexts, we also attempt to illustrate if the humanistic philosophic model —implicit in the Spanish Golden Age Literature (Hidalgo-Serna)— has influenced Unamunian interpretation of Spanish Philosophy.
