Subject and Fight. Non-Identity (Indigenous) in Mexican Democracy
Abstract
The main objective of this article is to discuss the meaning of «indigenous rights» within a globalized context, specifically in the case of Mexico. It is essential to analyze indigenous ethnicity through the lens of state governmentality, as a strategy to identify indigenous populations and objectify them as legible groups for their subjection.
