Abstract In our film workshop, a weekly teaching activity for interns in the medical career, we have chosen this movie Rio Mastico, through which we analyze the impact on the development of the personality and the links of sexual abuse in childhood. Clint Eastwood tells the story of three friends, who witness the abduction and sexual abuse of one of them, 25 years later personajes are found by another tragic fact, revealing what happened 25 years ago. Time and silence frame and determine the life of its protagonists
