Una vez más sobre gestación por sustitución, porque sin marco legal se siguen sumando violaciones a derechos humanos
Resumen Este trabajo procura evidenciar la realidad cada vez más elocuente, frecuente y manifiesta de la gestación por sustitución y cómo las estrategias que se utilizan para remediar o eludir la prohibición legal vulneran derechos humanos fundamentales. Se parte de que la prohibición legal no evita la práctica, sino que –ante una técnica compleja– la torna aún más conflictiva, vulnerando derechos.
