Heroicidad, sabiduría y realeza en la edad mítica de China (I)
fundamentos de la cultura y la historia
Resumen El ideal del sabio, rey-héroe mitológico, reflejado en diversos textos, objetos arqueológicos como bronces y registrado en soportes iconográficos, responde a la presencia y acción de personalidades míticas civilizadoras y ordenadoras del mundo establecido. Primeros gobernantes, imaginados en tiempos del Neolítico y la Edad del Bronce, se configuran como modelos virtuosos, intelectuales y morales, para la ortodoxia confuciana, aunque también son valorados como deidades que propician la diferenciación social y la jerarquía desde la perspectiva filosófica taoísta. Los inventos y logros culturales (agricultura, medicina, ganadería, leyes, calendarios, cultos) de estas personalidades con poderes y capacidades especiales, simbolizan el inicio de los tiempos históricos tras la consolidación de ciertas tribus y clanes que, tras diversos encuentros, acabarán centralizando y unificando el territorio hasta desembocar en el primer imperio chino.
