It is not cautious to propose universal values of education. When we try it, don't we fall with inexorabily in an european point of view?. It suffices to discover the main occidentalist values. In fact, the western civilization has got three origins: Greece, Rome and Jerusalem. The aim of this article is to analyze the Jewish field, and we hope, in the future, to be abble to deal with the other two. Starting from the hebrew concept of anthropological time and using the méthode of hermeneutics —between Gadamer and Habermas— we find out the value of the future (expectation), a value wich has an emancipatory side (expedition).
