Resumen
Both Mycenologists and Near Eastern scholars have an interest in determining the extent to which the Mycenaeans were in contact with the rest of the greater Aegean area. Tho this end, the archaeological remains of the region have been used exhaustively. There is, however, another source of evidence for possible contacts which has not yet been studied systematically: the use of ethnics in the Linear ? tablets.
