VI a.C.ABSTRACT: The systematic excavation in Guadalquivir Valley, has given a rich and complete group of materials, among these we take the pottery ones belonging to the Orientalizing Period for their study. Now we are going to analize what we know as amphoras, dated in this area between the centuries VIII and VI B.C., pointing its evolution from the antique globular shapes used for wine and oil to the biconical ones for the salting or tunny-fish at the end of the VI centurie B.C.
