Estudio de los Foraminíferos del afloramiento pliocénico de Can Albareda (Barcelona). Análisis paleoecológico y bioestratigráfico

Abstract

The study of Foraminifera association and variation along the stratigraphie sections, together with the diversity index, shows the écologie changes in the Pliocene of Can Albareda (Barcelona-Spain). According stratigraphie range of planktonic Foraminifera is recognized the Sphaeroidinellopsis Acme Zone in one of the section and a Lower Pliocene age is fixed.
