«Nuevo Mundo» in Unamuno's Novelistic Production
Abstract In Nuevo Mundo» (1896) —the presumed narrative failure that Don Miguel never managed to publish during his lifetime— Unamuno synthesizes and combines the dialogical discourse, the existentialist personages, the formalist structures, and the self-reflexive dimensions that will be the indelible signs of his novelistic production for the next thirty years.
