La perspectiva de género como principio de actuación dirigido a los poderes públicos

Abstract

The article analyzes and comments on Law 7/2023, of April 20, on effective equality of women and men in La Rioja from the point of view of the gender perspective as a methodological criterion in the analysis of legal discourse and, specifically, as principle of action addressed to the public powers as it is included in said term in the aforementioned standard. Undoubtedly, this is an important norm because it shows an evolution in the regulations of equality and non-discrimination at the regional level. The analysis focuses, from a critical dimension, on reassessing the positive aspects, as well as making some objections regarding important omissions.
