Abstract

Scientific knowledge is the main determinant of the skills and behaviors acquired by the population in relation to vaccines. An observational study has been carried out to evaluate the scientific knowledge about vaccines that the population has acquired during the COVID-19 pandemic. On this basis, it has been possible to observe how it has conditioned the behavior of the population. The ‘infodemic’ generated during COVID-19 has resulted in a population that possesses too many scientific terms about vaccines but is unable to understand them. Public Health is in the hands of those who have the informative power, we should choose well who has this power.
