CEMPV (questionnaire for handicap valuation in vestibular disorders). Notebook application and interpretation
Abstract CEMPV (questionnaire for handicap valuation in vestibular disorders) is an autoadministrated questionnaire and measure the handicap and the variations of de quality of life of dizziness on everyday life and had composed of 46 items subgrouped into three scales (emotional, functional and organic). The punctuation determines four degrees of handicap. The questionnaire, its interpretation and application method, degrees of handicap and the evolution graphically valuation are commented.
