El factor territorial en la política educativa: ¿Es posible una fundamentación pedagógica?

Resumen

RESUMEN: ¿Es posible una lectura no política del papel que juega el territorio en la educación y en la que podamos apoyar nuestras decisiones políticas? El artículo trata de responder a este interrogante, para lo que los autores, después de analizar los enfoques tradicionales entre territorio y políticas educativas, se introducen en terrenos de la antropología sociocultural donde creen encontrar principios y conceptos no estrictamente ideológicos que les permiten fundamentar pedagógicamente la necesaria conexión entre territorio y política educativa. El artículo termina señalando algunos de los riesgos y peligros que encierran estos planteamientos y proponiendo líneas de pensamiento y acción para el desarrollo en educación de políticas territoriales.ABSTRACT: Is it possible a non political reading of the role that is been played by the territory in the education and in which we could base our political decisions? The article tries to answer this question. After analysing the traditional focus between territory and educational policies, the authors introduce themselves in the fields of the socio-cultural anthropology where they find principles and concepts non strictly ideological that permit them to base pedagogically the necessary connection between territory and educational policy. The article concludes by pointing some of the risks and dangers contained by those approaches and proposing ways of thinking and acting for the developing of territorial policies in education.
