SUMMARY: In the metamorphic rocks, South of Segovia, the second phase of the Hercynian deformation is characterised by the generation of mylonitic bands of kilometric magnitude. The bands are folded by the third phase; by means of structural criteria a synform and an antiform are inferred as the most prominent structures of this phase.
